- Advertisers – are brand representatives who are eligible to access advertising offers and deals provided by the Website
- Affiliates – are existing or new users bound in a brand’s affiliate program who can make use of the current and future services provided by the Website
- Affiliates program – is the system provided by the brands to serve as a platform for affiliates to generate income from referring new players to join and deposit to the brand
- Brand – is an online casino that offers games, services, including the affiliate program, whether chosen by the Website to feature or a paying customer of the Website
- Brand review – is a published content that evaluates the affiliate program offered by the Brand
- Newsletter – is the email sent out by the Website on weekly or monthly bases, depending on the need or preference of the Website
- Usage of site
The Website allows affiliates to perform the following acts, to wit:
- Use a valid email address and valid bitcoin wallet
- Register for an account through Satoshi rewards program
- The account information should have never been used in registering previously on the site
- The website has the right to verify the account information such as checking the IP address, the relevant website, the email address and the bitcoin wallet.
- Complete the steps in the Satoshi rewards program before logging in
- Check email for verification message first before proceeding to next step
- Provide answers to the steps in the Satoshi rewards program, where answers must be truthful and sensible
- Provide a valid, existing and relevant website through email before claiming the 300K Satoshi reward.
- Rate and review a brand’s affiliate program, provided affiliates are logged in
- All ratings and reviews are subject for approval of the website moderators
- Failure to comply with the aforementioned provisions is a ground for disqualification from claiming the 300K Satoshi reward.
The Website allows advertisers to purchase ad spots as part of the services offered, provided they comply with the terms and conditions. However, you are prohibited to do the following acts, to wit: (a) use our sites, including its services and or tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools (b) posting of items in inappropriate category or areas on our sites and services; (c) collecting information about users’ personal information; (d) maneuvering the price of any item or interfere with other users’ listings; (f) post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content; (g) take any action that may damage the rating system.
- Noncommercial use by members

Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.
Advertising Terms and Conditions
- Advertisers who want to promote their brand at the Website must first fill out the reservation form, which includes first name, last name, email address, landing page, choice of terms and choice of ad spot. Afterwards, they should agree with the Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the Payment Page.
- A valid landing page link redirecting to the advertiser’s affiliate landing page should be provided.
- Advertisers must choose their preferred duration for their ads and their chosen ad spot, ranging from Home Slider #1 to #10.
- Each term may last 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days, with each amounting to $250, $650, and $1,200, respectively.
- Each term comes with certain provisions as follows:

- Package: 30 days
- Advertisers will be notified through email once their reservation request has been confirmed.
- If the desired ad spot is still bound by a previous deal, the brand reserved for the said ad spot will only assume the spot upon the previous brand’s expiry of term.
- All ads will automatically be removed from the respective ad spots once the term has expired.
- Advertisers will be notified of the expiry 5 to 10 days before the deal ends. Within this period, their ad spots will be reserved for them provided that no other brand has placed a reservation prior to the 5 to 10 day expiry notification.
- Advertisers who wish to extend their ad placement of the same spot should contact [email protected] for a contract renewal.
- In the event of a contract renewal during which the said ad spot has already been reserved for another brand, an alternative ad spot will be offered to the concerned advertiser.
- Multiple reservations of ad spots are allowed if and only if the advertiser has multiple brands with affiliate programs. However, overlapping of the similar brand within the same time frame is subject for management’s approval.
- The Website own all brand reviews published on the website and therefore will be permanent pages of the website. Expiration of ads/deals will not affect the placement of the brand reviews.
- All ad banner placements on the newsletter are subject for approval. Advertisers will be immediately informed should there be any changes regarding the ad banner reservation.
- All advertising fees are priced in Dollars but will be converted and paid in Bitcoin. An email notification indicating the payment instruction, the deposit method and billing information will be sent to the advertiser once they have confirmed their reservation. They shall use this to complete the transaction.
- The converted price in Bitcoin will be based on the current exchange rate of Bitcoin.
- The order form will be invalidated once the advertisers fail to pay within the provided time limit of 15 minutes. An email notification would be sent to the advertiser reminding of the pending reservation together with the order form. If the advertiser wishes to discontinue the reservation, the ad spot and duration would be given to the next advertiser.
- All requests to remove the Ad placement before expiration are subject for approval.
- The Website has the right to change the terms of service at any time without prior consent or notice. Advertisers will receive messages about the future changes or will be able to view such changes on the website.
