Editorial Policy

How Bitcoin Casino Affiliates stays independent of affiliate programmes: sourcing rules, disclosure of paid relationships, dated facts and corrections.

This policy sets out the standards behind every page on Bitcoin Casino Affiliates: how we stay independent of the programmes we write about, which sources we accept, how we disclose commercial relationships and how we fix mistakes.

Independence

Facts come from documents, not from programme managers. When an affiliate manager tells us about a new commission tier, we wait until it appears in the programme’s terms or commission page, or we report it as the programme’s own statement. Programmes do not see reviews before publication and cannot approve or edit them.

Disclosure

We may be paid by some programmes listed on this site, for instance through a sub-affiliate or partner arrangement. Pages that list or link to programmes carry affiliate links, and the about page explains how the site is funded. A commercial relationship does not change a programme’s published terms, so it cannot change what we report about them.

Sources and evidence

  • Programme terms, commission pages and FAQs, read on the programme’s own site.
  • Licence registers and decisions published by gambling regulators.
  • Laws and official guidance, such as the Australian Communications and Media Authority’s material on the 2026 gambling reforms.
  • Reputable trade press, used for context and always attributed.

Every review lists its sources at the end. If a fact cannot be traced to one of them, it is removed or clearly marked as unconfirmed. Our review method describes the checks in more detail.

Dates and freshness

Time-sensitive facts are dated in the text, for example “as of October 2026”. The “updated” date on a page changes only when its content has actually been rechecked. Commission rates, licence numbers and regulator rules can change after that date, so treat any figure as a starting point and confirm it in the programme’s current terms before you sign up.

Responsible promotion

This is an affiliate trade site, but the products behind it are gambling products. Our guides cover the legal and advertising duties that come with promoting them, including regulator action against affiliates and the coming Australian ban on activity-based affiliate commissions. You will find that material in our compliance guide for webmasters. Content is aimed at adults (18+), and we do not encourage targeting markets where a brand is not licensed to operate.

Corrections

Mistakes get fixed. Send the page address, the statement you believe is wrong and a link to the source to [email protected]. Clear errors in a fact (a wrong licence number, a withdrawn commission tier) are corrected as soon as we confirm them against the primary source, and the page’s update date changes. Where a correction changes a recommendation, the page says so.

Bylines

All pages appear under the Bitcoin Casino Affiliates Editorial Team byline. The team is responsible for the accuracy of each page, and questions about any of them go to the same address via our contact page.
