What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a review states a commission rate, payout rule or licence detail that has changed, send the page address and a link to the programme’s current terms or the regulator record.
- Programme updates. Affiliate managers can tell us about new terms, new brands or a closed programme. We publish changes once they appear in the programme’s own published documents; our review method explains why.
- Questions about a page. If something in a guide such as how to become a crypto casino affiliate is unclear, ask.
- Privacy requests. Requests about personal data are handled as described in our privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
This site does not run a casino or an affiliate programme, so it cannot unlock accounts, chase payments or settle disputes. A player with a complaint about a casino should raise it with the casino first and then, if needed, with the dispute route attached to its licence. For Curaçao-licensed casinos, the Curaçao Gaming Authority receives complaints as supervisory information but does not settle individual disputes; it lists certified alternative dispute resolution bodies on cga.cw. Malta-licensed operators use an ADR provider, since the MGA’s Player Support Unit stopped ruling on individual disputes in April 2019.
Affiliates with a payment or tracking dispute should contact their affiliate manager and keep copies of the programme terms in force when the traffic was sent. Our guide to how commission works covers the terms that most often cause disputes.
Response times
Most messages get a reply within five working days. Correction requests with a primary source attached are usually the fastest to resolve. Please do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases or account login details by email: no one from this site will ever ask for them.
