In one paragraph: EPC Affiliates promotes five crypto-friendly casinos (SlotMonster, Incognito Casino, Lucky Pays, SlottiMonsteri and Foxy Gold) and pays a default 25% of Net Gaming Revenue, in euros, by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Two clauses cut deep into that number: a 40% administration fee taken before your share, and the loss of commission on any player who stops wagering for 60 days. The brands carry Tobique seals and two of their former operators were banned in Sweden in 2025.

We may be paid by some programmes listed on this site, and EPC Affiliates is one of our partners. The review below relies on the programme’s homepage, its MyAffiliates portal, the terms PDF linked from the sign-up form (last updated 5 January 2025), the casinos’ seals and Spelinspektionen’s decision files, all opened in October 2026.

Who operates EPC Affiliates

The terms name Simba N.V., company number 164834, with its registered office at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower) in Willemstad, Curaçao, as operator of the programme. In the same paragraph, references to “EPC Affiliates” are said to mean Entretenimiento Rojo B.V. and its operating entities, so the paperwork points at two Curaçao names. Disputes fall under the law and exclusive jurisdiction of Curaçao (clauses 27 and 28).

The terms still refer to the “Curaçao Gaming Control Board”. Curaçao’s regulator has been the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) since the new gaming law (LOK) came into force on 24 December 2024, which tells you how recently the document was revised. The portal runs on MyAffiliates at login.epcaffiliates.com, and the contact address is [email protected].

How a EUR of player loss becomes your commission

Clause 5 pays 25% of Net Gaming Revenue by default. The definitions decide what that 25% is applied to. Gross Gaming Revenue is real-money stakes minus winnings. From that, EPC deducts taxes and levies, an Administration Fee equal to 40% of Net Gaming Revenue, jackpot contributions, payment and card charges, the cost of bonuses, free spins and free bets, fraud costs and bad debts, chargebacks, returned stakes and refunds.

Take a simplified month with invented numbers. Your players lose EUR 20,000 (GGR). Bonuses cost EUR 4,000 and payment fees EUR 600, leaving EUR 15,400 before the administration fee. If the 40% fee is applied to that figure, EUR 6,160 goes to EPC and EUR 9,240 remains. Your 25% share comes to EUR 2,310, roughly 11.5% of the GGR your players generated. A programme quoting 35% with no administration fee would pay EUR 5,390 on the same EUR 15,400. Clause 5 also lets EPC amend rates at any time, with the change taking effect five days after notice.

One caution on versions. The sign-up form links the 5 January 2025 terms quoted here, but an older SlotMonster-branded file dated 27 June 2024 is still online in the same portal, and it defines the administration fee as 40% of Gross Gaming Revenue instead. On our example that would take EUR 8,000 rather than EUR 6,160. Ask which version governs your account and get the fee basis confirmed in your deal sheet.

Negative months and the High Roller rule

A negative month is not carried forward against future commission, which is the affiliate-friendly default. Clause 7 adds an exception for any player who produces negative Net Revenue of EUR 10,000 or more in a single month. That High Roller’s loss is carried forward, but only against that player’s own future revenue, never against your other players, and it grows again only if they hit the EUR 10,000 mark in a later month.

Payouts and paperwork

Question EPC answer Clause
Which methods? Bank transfer or cryptocurrency, chosen in the portal 6
In what currency? EUR; other revenue converted at rates EPC determines 6
When? By the end of the 10th business day after month-end (clause 3 mentions 15 business days for statistics and payment) 3, 6
Invoice? Send it only after the 5th of the month 6
Minimum payout? None stated in the terms n/a
Unclaimed money? Written off after 12 months without an invoice 6
Holds? Up to 180 days for investigation; final payment can be held for a reasonable time 6, 15

Accepting a payment counts as full and final settlement for that month, so check your statement before you invoice.

Brands, licences and regulator history

All five homepage brands share one platform and, according to the Tobique Gaming Commission validator reached through each site’s seal, the same licence holder: 3-102-937894 Limitada of San José, Costa Rica. That company also holds the Tobique licence for unrelated brands such as CoinCasino and Wolfz, so it is a licensing vehicle rather than an EPC-only operator. SlotMonster carried an Anjouan seal until at least September 2025 before switching.

Brand Main market signal Payments we saw Swedish decision on record
SlotMonster International, EUR, sportsbook Cashier behind login slotmonster.com named in the EOD Code SRL ban (25Si804)
Incognito Casino International, EUR Cashier behind login incognitocasino.io listed as an EOD Code SRL site
Lucky Pays International, EUR, English only Cashier behind login luckypays.io listed in the Igloo Ventures SRL ban (25Si669)
SlottiMonsteri Finland (Finnish and English, Pay N Play) Trumo Pay N Play only None found
Foxy Gold International, EUR/USD/CAD/AUD Cards, e-wallets, Trustly and crypto via XCoins (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and more) foxygold.com listed among Igloo Ventures SRL sites (25Si669); the December 2025 banner order says EOD Code SRL runs it

Both bans took effect immediately on 12 May 2025. Spelinspektionen’s EOD Code decision found Sweden pre-filled as the country code at registration and pointed to affiliate websites, banner ads and Instagram promotion aimed at Swedish consumers. The Igloo Ventures decision cited affiliate sites, Twitch streams and ads on Swedish-language websites. On 17 December 2025 the regulator went a step further and ordered a Swedish media company, under a 130,000 kronor conditional fine (25Si2175), to stop showing banners for foxygold.com and skyhills.com within 15 days. That order describes both sites as run by EOD Code SRL, while the May decision had listed them among Igloo Ventures’ sites, so the operator of record has shifted more than once. That is the clearest signal in this review: in Sweden the publisher can be targeted directly. SkyHills itself now shows a “no longer available” page, so drop any old links to it.

The casinos’ current terms do not list Sweden among restricted territories (they do list the UK, the USA and the Netherlands), but a missing country in a restricted list is not a licence to market there. Tobique licences can only be verified through the seal on the casino’s own site.

Contract points affiliates miss

  • Dormant players end your income. Lifetime commission lapses for any player who goes 60 days without a bet, which matters for casual crypto players who come back after a break.
  • CPA exclusions. On CPA and hybrid deals EPC need not pay for duplicate, self-excluded or disabled players in the month the traffic came in. The qualifying period is 30 days from registration, with 30 days of grace after a deal ends.
  • Advertising labels. Clause 4 requires “18+ only” and “Terms and Conditions apply” on all marketing, ads clearly marked “#ad”, and safer gambling content shown at least monthly.
  • Links. No shortening or wrapping of tracking links, and new links must replace old ones within 24 hours.
  • Brand terms. No keywords, search terms or domains similar to EPC or its brands; trademark requests not answered in five business days count as refused.
  • Exit. Either side can terminate immediately by email, and commission entitlement ends when the agreement does. Unilateral amendments are posted in the portal and bind you from the stated date.
  • Liability. EPC’s liability is limited to commission validly due, as EPC determines it.

Verdict

EPC Affiliates is one of the few programmes in this niche that writes crypto payouts into its terms, and Foxy Gold in particular has a broad crypto cashier. The economics are less generous than the 25% headline suggests once the 40% administration fee is applied, and the 60-day dormancy rule shortens player lifetime value. Add the Swedish enforcement record of the brands’ former operators and an outdated regulator reference in the terms, and this is a programme to join with a negotiated deal sheet, careful geo-targeting and no Swedish pages. EPC Affiliates questions

What is the default commission at EPC Affiliates?

Clause 5 of the terms sets 25% of Net Gaming Revenue unless something else is agreed in writing. Net Gaming Revenue is calculated after a 40% administration fee and the other listed deductions, and EPC can change rates on five days’ notice.

Does EPC Affiliates pay in crypto?

Yes, according to clause 6 the affiliate chooses between bank transfer and cryptocurrency in the portal. Commission is calculated and paid in euros, so a crypto payout is a conversion of a EUR amount.

What happens to my commission when a player stops playing?

It stops for good. A referred player who places no bets for 60 consecutive days becomes a Dormant Player, and your entitlement for that player lapses, even if they return later.

Is there negative carryover at EPC Affiliates?

Not for normal months: a negative month is not set off against later commission. The exception is a High Roller, a player who generates negative Net Revenue of EUR 10,000 or more in a month; that player’s loss is carried forward against their own future revenue.

Which licence do EPC Affiliates casinos hold?

In October 2026 the five brands on the homepage showed a Tobique Gaming Commission seal whose validator names 3-102-937894 Limitada, a Costa Rican company. Neither the footers nor the casino terms name the licence holder.

Have EPC brands faced regulator action?

Yes. On 12 May 2025 Spelinspektionen banned EOD Code SRL (25Si804), naming slotmonster.com and noting it also ran incognitocasino.io, and Igloo Ventures SRL (25Si669), whose decision lists luckypays.io, foxygold.com and skyhills.com among its sites.
