79 Affiliates Review: Terms, Brands and Licences
79 Affiliates reviewed from its own terms: default RevShare, no negative carryover, EUR 200 bank-wire minimum, the MGA, Estonian and Anjouan brands, traps.

Short answer: 79 Affiliates is a revenue-share programme for a group of European online casinos, run under contract by Etteluor Marketing Ltd of Gibraltar. It has no negative carryover and pays monthly above a EUR 200 bank-wire threshold, but it publishes no commission rate, no crypto payout option and several strict marketing restrictions. Crypto-first webmasters should read the terms below before applying, because the brands themselves are fiat (EUR) casinos.

Disclosure: we may be paid by some programmes listed on this site, including through partner arrangements. That does not change the facts below, which come from the programme’s own terms page (version 1.3, dated 02/03/2026 on the page), its sign-up portal and the brands’ own licence seals and terms, all checked in October 2026.
Who runs it and who you contract with
The agreement is not signed with a casino. Your counterparty is Etteluor Marketing Ltd, registered in Gibraltar under number 125581, which manages the programme on behalf of third-party operators and brand owners. Clause 4.7 spells out the consequence: you have no contractual relationship with any operator, and you waive claims against them over tracking, Net Revenue or unpaid commission. Disputes go to the courts of Gibraltar under Gibraltar law (clause 10).
The public site says 79Affiliates was founded in 2020 by a group of affiliates. Tracking and reporting run on the MyAffiliates platform at login.79affiliates.com, and the portal is offered in English and Japanese. Support is reached at [email protected]; invoices go to a separate invoices@ address.
Commission plans: what the terms actually promise
Revenue share is the default plan whenever nothing else is agreed in writing. The percentage is a fixed rate “discussed upon sign up”, so there is no public tier table to quote. CPA is a one-time fee per New Customer, set case by case, and once paid nothing further is owed for that player. A hybrid of the two is possible by written agreement.
Net Revenue is calculated as real-money stakes minus real-money wins, then minus an administration fee, paid bonuses, transaction costs and chargebacks, and gambling taxes and VAT. Two definitions matter here:
- Administration fee bundles the licence fee, game-provider fee and platform fee. The terms do not state its size, so ask for it in writing; it can move your effective rate more than a few points of headline share.
- Bonuses means bonuses actually paid out (wagering completed or moved to the real-money wallet), not bonuses granted. That is fairer to affiliates than deducting every credited bonus.
Commission accrues only on the brand where the player first registers. If that player later opens accounts at sister casinos in the network, you earn nothing on that activity, and a customer who ever held an account with any of the group’s websites never counts as new.
Negative carryover, with numbers
The terms say a negative month is not carried forward. Here is why that matters, using hypothetical figures (these are not 79 Affiliates’ rates). Suppose your players produce Net Revenue of minus EUR 3,000 in March because one of them hits a large win, then plus EUR 4,000 in April. With a carryover rule, April’s commission would be calculated on EUR 1,000; at a 30% share that pays EUR 300. Under 79 Affiliates’ reset rule April is calculated on the full EUR 4,000, which at the same share pays EUR 1,200. One big winner therefore cannot wipe out the following month.
Payouts, thresholds and timing
| Item | What clause 6 says | What to plan for |
|---|---|---|
| Payment date | Company “shall endeavour” to pay by the 25th of each month | A further 15-day delay is allowed if notified |
| Minimum | Balance must exceed EUR 200 for bank wire | Smaller balances roll into the next month |
| Invoicing | You must invoice [email protected] | No invoice within 3 months of month-end forfeits that month |
| Holds | Up to 180 days while traffic is verified | Keep reserves; new accounts are the most likely to be checked |
| Payee | Account must be in the contracting person’s or company’s name | No third-party wallets or agents |
| KYC | Verification requests must be completed within 30 days | Payments can be withheld until done |
Nothing in the public terms mentions Bitcoin, USDT or any e-wallet. For a crypto-focused site that is a real gap, and it is worth confirming available payout methods with the affiliate manager before you send traffic.
The brands and their licences
79Affiliates’ homepage shows no brand roster in text. The casinos we traced to the network in October 2026 share one platform supplier (DinoTech) and run under five licensed companies. Every one of them is a EUR casino with instant banking and cards; we found no crypto cashier on any brand page we checked.
| Licensed company | Regulator and licence | Brands (examples) | How to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elmst Limited (Malta, C98783) | MGA, MGA/B2C/1055/2024 | Spin Sweet, Slot Mojo, Reblz, Rich Moose, Nitro Win | MGA seal link in the footer |
| Elvel Limited (Malta) | MGA, MGA/B2C/1072/2024 | Rabbit Reel, Slamz, Spinara, Spinju, Taste Vegas | MGA seal link in the footer |
| Ludaro Limited (Malta, C112810) | MGA, MGA/B2C/1118/2025 | Huzzlin, Quickz, Shockz, Slotspice, SpinSkull | MGA seal link in the footer |
| Frenwall Limited (Malta, C113111) | Estonian Tax and Customs Board, HKT000082 / HKT000083 | Winsly, Slot Owl, Mad Rush, Djack, Jackpot Cow | EMTA list of legal gambling operators |
| Hundise Limited (Anjouan) | Anjouan, ALSI-202506036-FI2 | Bet Inferno, Winzie, Gigasino, Slot Lion, Kim Casino | The licence seal on the brand’s own site |
Geography differs by licence. The Hundise terms exclude the UK, the USA, Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Ontario, so those markets are closed for that part of the roster. The Estonian licence comes with a 21+ age limit for casino play in Estonia. When we searched Spelinspektionen’s decision list in October 2026 we found no ban naming Elmst, Elvel, Ludaro, Frenwall or Hundise; that is a point-in-time check, not a clean bill for Swedish-facing promotion, because none of these companies holds a Swedish licence.
Terms traps to read twice
- Review approval. Clause 5.2(D) bars you from publishing an advertorial or website review of the brands without prior written approval. Comparison and review sites need that approval in hand before launch.
- Approved placements only. Under 5.2(B) you may only promote on sites and media accounts disclosed to and approved by the company, which may ask for your full list at any time.
- Brand bidding and domains. Clause 5.2(K) bans buying brand or trademark keywords in paid search; 5.2(L) bans brand terms in URLs or subdomains.
- Social and email. Facebook needs a signed addendum, other social platforms need written consent, and email or SMS needs express permission.
- One account. Holding more than one affiliate account without written consent leads to closure and withheld revenue.
- Termination wipes the tail. Either side can end the deal on 7 days’ email notice, and after termination no commission accrues on players you already referred. There is no lifetime revenue share once the contract ends.
- Data is final. Clause 4.3 makes tracking and commission figures binding except for manifest error or fraud and waives any audit right. Total liability is capped at the lower of EUR 5,000 or three months of commission.
- Terms can change without notice. Clause 17 lets the company amend the agreement at any time; continuing to send traffic counts as acceptance.
Compliance by market
The agreement puts legal risk on you: clause 5.1(H) requires you to follow advertising rules in every country you target, and 8.2 makes you indemnify the company and operators for fines caused by your marketing. Regulators increasingly pursue the affiliate as well as the casino. In Sweden, Spelinspektionen’s bans regularly cite affiliate websites as evidence that an unlicensed operator targets Swedish players. In Australia, the Gambling Reform Bill passed on 19 August 2026 and, according to ACMA, bans activity-based affiliate commissions, with most measures applying from 1 January 2027. Revenue share is activity-based by definition, so Australian traffic needs legal advice before anything else. Every placement must also carry 18+ messaging and links to help organisations under clause 5.2(G).
Verdict
79 Affiliates suits an SEO affiliate who targets European markets where these brands are licensed or permitted, wants a clean monthly reset and is comfortable negotiating the rate privately. It is a weaker fit for a crypto casino site: the brands are EUR-only, no crypto payout is published, and the review-approval clause sits awkwardly with independent comparison content. If you join, get the revenue share percentage, the administration fee and the payout method in writing first. Compare it with Shark Partners and EPC Affiliates, or see every option in our crypto casino affiliate programme directory. New to the model? 79 Affiliates FAQ
Does 79 Affiliates pay in Bitcoin or other crypto?
Its public terms only mention a EUR 200 threshold for bank wire transfers and say payments go to an account in the affiliate’s own name. No crypto payout option is published, so ask your manager before you sign if you need BTC or USDT.
Is there negative carryover at 79 Affiliates?
No. Clause 6.1 of the terms (version 1.3, dated 02/03/2026) says a negative Net Revenue month is not carried into the following month. Each month starts at zero.
What commission rate does 79 Affiliates offer?
The rate is not published. Revenue share is the default plan, the percentage is fixed and discussed at sign-up, and CPA or hybrid deals are agreed case by case in writing.
Can I write a review of a 79 Affiliates casino without permission?
Not under the current terms. Clause 5.2(D) requires prior written approval before an affiliate publishes an advertorial or website review of the brands, and clause 5.2(B) limits promotion to sites and channels the company has approved.
Which regulators license the casinos behind 79 Affiliates?
As of October 2026 the brands we mapped sit under three regulators: the Malta Gaming Authority (Elmst, Elvel and Ludaro), Estonia’s Tax and Customs Board (Frenwall) and the Anjouan licensing authority (Hundise).
How long can 79 Affiliates hold a payment?
Up to 180 days while it checks that the traffic complies with the terms. On top of that, a payment can slip 15 days past the normal 25th-of-the-month date if the company tells you about the delay.
