Legend Affiliates Review: Still Running, Brands, Rates and Risks
Legend Affiliates still runs in October 2026: six RTG casinos under one Anjouan licence, 25-45% revenue share, wire payouts. Terms, US risk, verdict.

Legend Affiliates is still operating in October 2026. Its site at legendaffiliates.com takes new sign-ups, lists six RealTime Gaming casinos that accept US players, and pays revenue share from 25% to 45% of net win after a 50% starter rate for the first two full months. All six casinos name the same operator in their footers, Entertainment Software Group Ltd, and the same Anjouan licence, ALSI-192407055-FI3.
Our view: a long-running, plain-spoken programme with no negative carryover and no cross-brand bundling, held back by slow bank-only payouts, a crypto payout option that is still marked “Coming”, and the legal exposure of promoting offshore casinos to Americans. We checked the programme site, its terms and every brand footer through a US connection on 7 October 2026. We may be paid by some programmes listed on this site.

Status check: what has changed since our old review
Our earlier review described three brands (CasinoMax, Cherry Jackpot and Roaring 21) under a Curaçao licence, with crypto payouts promised “soon”. Here is how those points stand now.
| Point | Then | 7 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Programme online | Yes | Yes: home, terms and sign-up pages respond |
| Brands | 3 | 6: CasinoMax, Cherry Jackpot, Roaring 21, Spinfinity, SlotsRoom, Slots Ninja |
| Licence named by the casinos | Curaçao | Anjouan, Union of Comoros, ALSI-192407055-FI3 |
| Casino operator | Not stated | Entertainment Software Group Ltd (registration 000042028) |
| Revenue share tiers | 25% to 45% | Unchanged: 25% to 45% |
| Bitcoin payouts | “Coming soon” | Still listed as “Coming” |
The site’s copyright line still reads 2017 and much of its marketing copy is unchanged, but the terms now include newer clauses on KYC checks of beneficial owners, CPA deals and inactive accounts, which suggests the programme is maintained rather than abandoned.
The casinos and the licence behind them
Each brand runs on SpinLogic, the RealTime Gaming platform, with live tables from Visionary iGaming (ViG). The programme’s brand list gives launch dates from June 2017 (CasinoMax) to December 2021 (Slots Ninja). Every casino footer we loaded states that the site is owned and operated by Entertainment Software Group Ltd and licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under licence ALSI-192407055-FI3. CasinoMax also names a Cyprus payment agent, Pippen Investments Ltd.
Anjouan licences can only be checked properly through the seal link in each casino’s footer, which opens the validator for that domain; a bare domain search on the validator always returns INVALID. Anjouan’s authority does not handle player complaints directly either. A player must go through the site seal, the operator has 30 days to answer, and unresolved cases move to operator-paid dispute resolution. That is thin protection compared with a state-licensed US casino, and it is the main reason we would not present these brands as “safe” to readers.
The programme says players from the USA are accepted, and its casinos require a minimum real-money deposit of US$35.
Revenue share, starter rate and CPA
New affiliates start at 50% of net win for their first two full months, on all traffic. There is a catch the homepage spells out: the starter rate is not applied automatically, and you must email [email protected] within 10 days of opening your account to have it set up. After those two months you move onto the tiered scale.
| Net win band (US$) | Revenue share |
|---|---|
| 0 to 10,000 | 25% |
| 10,001 to 20,000 | 30% |
| 20,001 to 30,000 | 35% |
| 30,001 to 45,000 | 40% |
| 45,001 and above | 45% |
The page does not say over what period net win is measured, nor whether the higher rate applies to the whole amount or only the slice inside each band. Ask your manager to confirm both in writing. To see why it matters, take a month with US$22,000 of net win: paid entirely at 35%, that is US$7,700, while a sliced calculation (25% on the first 10,000, 30% on the next 10,000, 35% on the last 2,000) gives US$6,200.
CPA is available by agreement rather than published. The terms list the cases where a CPA is not paid: players already in the casinos’ database, chargebacks or refunds, suspected fraud, mixing weak traffic into a stronger source, link tests and self-referral. When a CPA campaign ends or pauses, the final payment is held for at least 90 days to cover clawbacks (clause 5.6).
Carryover, bundling and sub-affiliates
Legend Affiliates states that it has no negative carryover and explains the mechanism: a player who wins is ring-fenced the following month, which zeroes out the negative, and goes back into your account once the player is losing again. That is fairer than a running negative balance, but it is not a clean slate either. A ring-fenced player earns you nothing until their account recovers, so one lucky high roller can stay off your statement for a while.
Commissions are not bundled across brands, so a loss at Cherry Jackpot does not eat into earnings at SlotsRoom. Referring other webmasters through your sub-affiliate link pays a further 5% of their commission each month. You may not sub-refer yourself; the FAQ warns that doing so can lead to suspension and withheld commission.
Payouts in practice
- Threshold: US$200. Smaller balances roll forward to the next month.
- Methods: US wire, US check and non-US wire, each shown with a five-day processing time. Bitcoin is listed as “Coming”.
- Fees: processor fees are deducted from your commission; the programme does not cover them.
- Timing: the FAQ says commission is completed by the 15th working day of the following month, while clause 5.1 of the terms says payment is made by the end of the following month.
- Alternative: affiliates outside restricted countries can be paid instantly and free of charge into a player account at one of the group’s casinos.
For a crypto affiliate this is the weakest part of the offer. Bank wires and checks to offshore payees can be slow and expensive at the receiving end, and the in-casino option keeps your money inside the operator. Our guide to crypto affiliate networks compares programmes that pay out in coins.
Terms worth reading before you sign up
- Sanctioned countries (1.4). No business with a list of OFAC-related countries that includes Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Ukraine/Russia, among others.
- KYC on owners (1.5). The programme may ask you to verify ultimate beneficial owners case by case; failing to comply can mean commission withheld indefinitely or forfeited.
- Immediate termination (6.2 to 6.4). Either side may end the contract with written notice, but the programme can also terminate immediately and dead-end your links if it believes the terms were broken, and serious cases can cost lifetime commission on your players.
- Inactivity rules (6.12 to 6.15). An account counts as inactive after three calendar months if it sent fewer than five valid first-time depositors, ignored contact requests, or never logged in during that period, and its rate then drops to the 25% base for future earnings. After six months of inactivity with no successful contact, the programme may close the account or cut it to a 20% inactive rate; reviving it means agreeing a new rate that covers new traffic only. CPA accounts with fewer than five valid first deposits are closed after three months.
- Holdbacks (6.7). Marketing fees can be withheld for up to 180 days while requests or investigations are completed.
- Market changes (5.5). If your own policy on promoting particular states, countries or regions changes because of requirements Legend Affiliates did not set, commission tied to that change cannot be paid.
- Selling your site (8.4). Tell the programme before you sell a site or affiliate account so payments move cleanly.
The US question
Every Legend brand is an offshore casino aimed partly at US players, so your exposure depends on where your audience lives. Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE, RI), and Maine legalised a tribal-only market under LD 1164, which became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026, took effect on 29 July 2026 and has not launched as of October 2026. Those states license their own operators, and none of the Legend brands appears among them.
State officials do act against offshore sites. On 3 October 2024 the Massachusetts Attorney General announced action against the operators of Bovada, an offshore brand serving US players. Affiliates are a smaller target than operators, but advertising networks, payment providers and search platforms treat unlicensed US gambling promotion as high risk. Before you build pages around these casinos, read our notes on the crypto gambling market by country, keep US-facing content out of states with licensed markets if your counsel advises it, and add clear 18+ and responsible-gambling messaging; the US national helpline is 1-800-MY-RESET.
Is Legend Affiliates worth joining in 2026?
It suits affiliates with US-facing slot traffic who want a revenue-share programme with a named, reachable affiliate director (the site credits Martyn Beacon), no cross-brand netting and a sensible approach to negative months. The 50% starter rate is generous if you remember to claim it in time.
It does not suit crypto-native publishers who want coin payouts, anyone outside the US whose readers would be better served by brands licensed in their own market, or affiliates who cannot carry the legal and platform risk of offshore US promotion. If those points rule it out, the crypto-first alternatives we review are the Stake programme and the BC.Game programme, and our affiliate programme comparison sets out revenue-share options side by side.
Legend Affiliates FAQ
Is Legend Affiliates still running?
Yes. On 7 October 2026 the programme site, its terms and its sign-up page were online, and all six casinos it lists (CasinoMax, Cherry Jackpot, Roaring 21, Spinfinity, SlotsRoom and Slots Ninja) were live.
What commission does Legend Affiliates pay?
Revenue share of 25% to 45% of net win on a five-band scale, after a 50% starter rate for the first two full months. The starter rate must be requested by email within 10 days of opening the account. CPA deals are possible by agreement.
Does Legend Affiliates have negative carryover?
No. Instead of carrying a negative balance forward, it ring-fences a winning player the following month and returns that player to your account once their results turn positive again.
How does Legend Affiliates pay affiliates?
By US wire, US check or non-US wire once you pass the US$200 threshold, with processor fees deducted, or into a player account at one of the group’s casinos. Bitcoin is listed as coming but not yet available.
Who operates the Legend Affiliates casinos and what licence do they hold?
The casino footers name Entertainment Software Group Ltd as owner and operator and an Anjouan licence, ALSI-192407055-FI3. Check it through the seal link on each casino, not by searching the domain on the validator.
Is it legal to promote Legend Affiliates casinos to US players?
These are offshore casinos that are not licensed in any US state, so promoting them to US residents carries legal and commercial risk that varies by state. Take legal advice for your own market before you do it.
