Disclosure Some programmes on this site may pay us when publishers sign up through our links. It never changes what we report about their terms. Editorial policy
The Mr Bit affiliate program is run by PlayAttack Affiliates and is open in October 2026, but only for traffic from the regulated markets where Mr Bit holds licences: Romania, Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina. PlayAttack offers revenue share, CPA and hybrid plans, says revenue share goes up to 40%, pays monthly from a $10 minimum, and wipes negative balances only in months when you send at least five first-time depositors.
Despite the name, Mr Bit is not a bitcoin casino. PlayAttack’s brand card lists cards, e-wallets, vouchers and bank methods such as Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Apple Pay and Aircash, with no cryptocurrency. Everything here comes from playattack.com and Mr Bit’s Romanian and Bulgarian sites, read on 8 October 2026. We may be paid by some programmes listed on this site.
Who runs Mr Bit and the programme
PlayAttack Limited, registration number C 89486, is based at Ta’ Xbiex in Malta and holds a licence from Romania’s Oficiul National pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN), number 1421/29.07.2021. That company signs the affiliate agreement and also runs the Swedish brands SlotV and Frank.
Mr Bit itself has a different operator in each market:
- Romania (mrbit.ro): the site’s company data names Avento MT Limited, and the site says it has been licensed by ONJN since 2021. Check the operator on ONJN’s published licence lists before you promote it.
- Bulgaria (mrbit.bg): the operator is Kolabium EOOD, company number (EIK) 207110992, holding Bulgarian licences 000030-8104 dated 20 August 2026 and 000030-178 dated 8 January 2024.
Because both markets are locally regulated, the rules that matter most for you are the ones about your own licence, covered below.
Verdict for affiliates
For a Romanian or Bulgarian publisher that already holds, or can obtain, the local affiliate licence, PlayAttack is a solid choice: low minimum payout, published formula, and a no-carryover rule that works once you pass five FTDs a month. For anyone else it is closed in practice, because PlayAttack’s contact page says it only considers traffic from Romania, Sweden and Bulgaria. Crypto-focused sites should use the programmes in our bitcoin casino affiliate programs directory instead.
Commission plans
| Plan | What PlayAttack publishes |
|---|---|
| Revenue share (default) | Percentage of total net gaming revenue (TNGR), credited daily; “up to 40%”; lifetime |
| CPA | One-off fee per qualifying new player; rate agreed per GEO, often with a baseline |
| Hybrid | CPA plus revenue share; a negative revenue-share part never reduces the CPA part |
| Motivation programme | Homepage says partners can earn up to 30% more by meeting set conditions |
How TNGR is calculated
TNGR equals gross gaming (player bets minus winnings) less chargebacks and refunds, bonuses, transaction fees as a percentage of deposits plus withdrawals, provider fees, taxes and licensing fees, each as a percentage of gross gaming. PlayAttack does not publish the actual percentages, so ask your manager for them.
Here is an example with our own numbers. Your players deposit EUR 6,000, withdraw EUR 3,500 and receive EUR 400 in bonuses, so gross gaming is EUR 2,500. Assume transaction fees of 4%, provider fees of 12%, taxes of 21% and licensing of 4%. TNGR is 2,500 minus 400, minus 380 (4% of 9,500), minus 300, minus 525, minus 100, which leaves EUR 795. On a 30% deal you earn about EUR 239. Gross gaming of EUR 2,500 turns into less than a third of that as TNGR, which is why the headline percentage alone says little.
Payments
- Payouts are processed within 15 working days at the start of each month for the previous month.
- Minimum payout: $/EUR 10; by wire transfer, $/EUR 500.
- Your first payout also needs at least one FTD.
- Payment details must be confirmed five days before the end of the accounting period, or the balance rolls forward.
- For new affiliates, PlayAttack may hold commission for three calendar months if it deems it necessary.
- Any balance can be withheld for up to 180 days while transactions are verified.
Supported payment systems are listed inside your account profile rather than on the public site.
Negative carryover: conditional
Clause 10.14 is titled “No Negative CarryOver”, but it comes with two conditions. A negative balance is reset to zero only if you referred at least five FTDs in that period. And if one player’s wins push your balance more than $5,000 negative in a month, that player is isolated and earns you nothing until the full negative is recovered.
All brands are also consolidated. A loss on SlotV offsets a profit on Mr Bit, and commission is paid only when the combined balance is positive. A site sending three FTDs in a bad month therefore carries its negative forward, exactly as a classic carryover programme would.
Your licence duties in Romania and Bulgaria
These clauses are the main difference between PlayAttack and an offshore crypto programme.
- Romania (clause 4.6): you must hold and maintain a Romanian Class II licence for the activity you perform and promote only Mr Bit domains authorised for Romanian players. Where Article 150(3)(c) of the Romanian implementing norms applies, you must notify ONJN of the affiliate agreement within fifteen days. Commission stops accruing from the moment your licence lapses.
- Bulgaria (clause 4.6A): you need a Bulgarian affiliate licence covering every URL and social page you use, with the licence certificate in hand before you start. You may not use sub-affiliates without written approval, and PlayAttack can disable links if your licence cannot be verified.
- Bulgarian deduction (clause 10.25): for commission accrued from 1 August 2026, PlayAttack applies the statutory deduction of 10% under Article 30a of the Bulgarian Gambling Act and pays you the net amount.
- Sweden (clause 4.6B): for the Swedish brands, you may not promote gambling offered without a Swedish licence.
Romanian marketing must also follow the audiovisual code and decisions of the National Audiovisual Council (CNA). Our compliance notes for webmasters explain how licensing duties for affiliates differ from market to market.
Brand protection and other restrictions
Clause 4.7 forbids buying or bidding on keywords identical or confusingly similar to the brand names, including misspellings. PlayAttack may also freeze an account on suspected breach, end deals for aggressive communication, and terminate accounts whose revenue does not cover its own costs. CPA can be switched to revenue share retroactively if traffic quality is unsatisfactory.
CPA players must be genuinely new to the operator, make at least two deposits, reach a baseline of $/EUR 12 in total deposits within 30 days of the first, and confirm their ID. Self-referral is treated as fraud. PlayAttack accepts doorway traffic, while warning that it converts poorly.
Bottom line
Mr Bit’s programme is a locally licensed, regulated-market deal. It rewards publishers with Romanian or Bulgarian audiences and the right licences, and it offers nothing to crypto or international sites. If you are new to the field, our guide to becoming an affiliate covers the licensing steps, and the review method shows how we score programmes like this one.
