Bitcoin Casino Affiliate Programs: Directory and Terms

Nine bitcoin casino affiliate programs side by side: published commission, negative balance rule, payout currency and the contract clauses that bite.

By Bitcoin Casino Affiliates Editorial TeamUpdated 15 min read

Disclosure Some programmes on this site may pay us when publishers sign up through our links. It never changes what we report about their terms. Editorial policy

This directory lists the bitcoin and crypto casino affiliate programs we could verify in October 2026, with commission, payout and contract terms taken from each programme’s own pages. Six have full reviews and appear in the ranked list; three more are profiled below for comparison.

Where a programme publishes only an “up to” figure, or nothing at all, the entry says so. We may be paid by some programmes listed.

Programme profiles

EPC Affiliates

EPC Affiliates promotes Foxy Gold, SlotMonster, Incognito Casino, Lucky Pays and SlottiMonsteri. Its terms, last updated on 5 January 2025, name Simba N.V. in Curacao as the company operating the programme and set the default commission at 25% of net gaming revenue. Net revenue is gross revenue less taxes and levies, an administration fee equal to 40% of NGR, jackpot contributions, payment charges, bonus costs, fraud and bad debts, chargebacks and refunds.

Payment is in euros, by bank transfer or cryptocurrency, by the end of the 10th business day after the month closes. Commission continues for the player’s lifetime but lapses once a player has been dormant for 60 days. The casinos are run by 3-102-937894 Limitada in Costa Rica under Tobique Gaming Commission licences, and Foxy Gold accepts a long list of coins through XCoins. Read the EPC Affiliates review for the brand-by-brand detail.

Stake

Stake runs its programme from the player site: you sign in to a Stake account to register interest. Commission is published as a formula for each product. Casino pays house edge times wagered, divided by two, times your rate; sportsbook uses a fixed 3% theoretical edge; poker pays a share of rake. The default rate is 10%, and Stake says plans can be customised. The same page claims 45.8 million customers worldwide, more than 85 payment methods and 17 supported languages, figures that matter if your audience is outside the English-speaking markets.

Earnings appear in your account instantly, and the page highlights lifetime commission plus support for crypto and local currencies. Stake is operated by Medium Rare N.V. under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1451/0918. Details are in our Stake Affiliates review.

BC.Game

BC.Game’s affiliate page offers up to $1,000 for each friend you refer plus 25% commission, and invites large audiences to ask [email protected] for custom terms. The site even offers a white-label casino on your own domain once referred players wager a billion dollars or more. BC.Game’s referral guide gives the formula as referral wager times house edge times 25% and says commission is calculated every 24 hours.

The per-player reward is staged: it is released as the referred player progresses through VIP levels, so casual sign-ups rarely unlock the full amount. BC.Game is run by Twocent Technology Limited under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1. See the BC.Game Partners review.

79 Affiliates

Founded in 2020 by a group of affiliates, according to its own site, 79 Affiliates contracts through Etteluor Marketing Ltd, registered in Gibraltar under number 125581. The default plan is revenue share at a fixed rate discussed when you sign up; CPA and hybrid deals need written agreement. A negative month is not carried over, and payment is aimed for the 25th once the balance passes EUR 200 for bank wire.

The sign-up form offers bank transfer or USDT on the ERC20 network. Brands come from MGA-licensed Elmst, Elvel and Ludaro, Estonian-licensed Frenwall and Anjouan-licensed Hundise. Our 79 Affiliates review lists them.

Shark Partners

Shark Partners, established in 2021 by its own account, offers revenue share, CPA and hybrid deals, with headline maximums of 50% RS and EUR 500 CPA. Its standard terms define NGR as GGR minus bonuses, promotions, chargebacks and fees, set a EUR 500 minimum payout, require invoices by the 18th and pay on Net 30 terms in euros.

CPA is the area to watch. The operator may adjust, decline or retroactively reduce CPA where players churn or self-exclude, and can claw back amounts already paid. The brands are run by Softon Ltd and Exceptiosoft LTD under Anjouan licences. Full analysis is in the Shark Partners review.

Legend Affiliates

Legend Affiliates is run by industry veteran Martyn Beacon and promotes RTG-powered casinos aimed at US players, including CasinoMax and Slots Ninja. New affiliates can ask for a 50% rate for their first two full months, after which a monthly tier table applies: 25% up to $10,000 of net win, rising in steps to 45% above $45,001. There is no negative carryover and no bundling of brands, and sub-affiliates earn you 5% of their commission.

Payments of $200 or more go out on the 15th working day by US wire, US cheque or non-US wire, with processor fees deducted. Bitcoin is still listed as coming. Our Legend Affiliates page covers the programme’s current state.

FortuneJack Partners

FortuneJack, a crypto casino since 2014, advertises commission of up to 70% plus 30% on sports, and over 2,000 BTC paid out to affiliates. Its FAQ defines net revenue as player losses minus bonuses, loyalty rewards, payment fees and chargebacks. Negative balances reset on the 1st of each month, commission is paid by the 5th, and the minimum is 0.005 BTC. FortuneJack is run by PlayWave SRL under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411021-FI1.

Cloudbet Affiliates

Cloudbet, active since 2013, starts every new affiliate at 25% of NGR (its “Tier 2”) and moves affiliates who refer no new depositor in three months to 10%. Negative balances carry over, and affiliates share the cost of bonuses and loyalty rewards. You need five active customers within three months to receive a first payment, after which you can withdraw once a month in Bitcoin from 0.0001 BTC. Cloudbet is run by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/328/0599.

7BitPartners

7BitPartners promotes 7Bit Casino, KatsuBet and MiraxCasino. Its homepage, read on 7 October 2026, headlines RevShare up to 50%, says affiliates earn 25% to 50% of NGR monthly, and also offers CPA, hybrid deals and up to 5% from sub-affiliates. Our fetchers could not open its FAQ that day, so we have not confirmed its payout threshold, payment day or negative balance policy, and the table above marks its negative balance rule as not confirmed. For 7Bit Casino itself, most international visitors are served by Saphirix Solutions SRL under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000091.

Contract clauses side by side

Commission headlines get the attention, but disputes start in the small print. These rows come from the three programmes with full written terms.

Clause 79 Affiliates EPC Affiliates Shark Partners
Governing law Gibraltar Curacao Anjouan
Invoice rule Invoice within 3 months or the month is forfeited Invoices only after the 5th; unclaimed commission written off after 12 months Invoice by the 18th for the previous month
Holding period Up to 180 days while transactions are checked Up to 180 days while transactions are checked Withheld while an investigation or quality review runs
Self-excluded players No direct marketing to known self-excluders CPA and hybrid not paid for self-excluded players CPA clawback if a player self-excludes
Brand keywords Bidding on brand terms banned Registering similar keywords or domains banned Bidding banned without written authorisation
Rate changes Payment plan can change without prior notice Five days’ notice of new rates CPA can be adjusted after quality review
Sub-affiliates You remain liable for any sub-affiliate you use Not addressed in the terms Only with prior written consent

Two patterns stand out. First, all three let the programme hold your money for long periods if it suspects a problem, so cash flow planning should assume occasional delays. Second, the self-exclusion rules push responsibility onto you: if your audience includes people trying to stop gambling, CPA deals become both an ethical and a financial risk. Our page on affiliate compliance explains how to handle that.

Where the promoted casinos turn players away

A commission rate is worthless for visitors the casino will not accept. These exclusions come from each brand’s own terms and support pages, read for our casino research in October 2026. Lists are abbreviated to the larger markets, so check the full clause before you build country pages.

Casino (programme) Markets excluded, as stated by the casino Source in the casino’s terms
Foxy Gold (EPC Affiliates) US, UK, Netherlands, Malta, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Curacao Terms clause 4.2
Tenobet (Shark Partners) US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Australia, Cyprus, Sweden Terms clause 3.1.2
BC.Game Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Comoros, UK, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, US and FATF-blacklisted countries Terms clause 4.3
Stake US (Stake.us is a separate sweepstakes site) Stake’s restricted-territory rules
Cloudbet Restricted list includes US, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands Cloudbet terms

Legend Affiliates is the outlier: its FAQ says the brands it promotes accept players from the USA. That opens a market the others close, but it also puts your site in front of state regulators and attorneys general who have pursued offshore operators, so take legal advice before targeting American readers.

Matching a programme to how you get traffic

Search-led review sites earn most from players who deposit repeatedly over months, which favours revenue share with no negative carryover. EPC Affiliates, 79 Affiliates and FortuneJack fit here, as long as your top countries are not on the brands’ exclusion lists.

Streamers, Telegram channels and Discord servers tend to send many small, frequent bettors. Wager-based schemes reward that volume directly and pay without waiting for month end, which is why Stake and BC.Game are popular with creators.

Paid media buyers need fast payback on each campaign, so CPA or hybrid deals matter more than lifetime share. Shark Partners advertises CPA up to EUR 500, and EPC Affiliates and 7BitPartners also offer CPA. Expect quality reviews: CPA programmes judge player value after the fact and can reduce payments for weak cohorts.

Crypto news and education sites attract readers who already hold coins but may never have gambled. They convert slowly, so a programme with lifetime revenue share and a low crypto payout floor, such as FortuneJack’s 0.005 BTC or Cloudbet’s 0.0001 BTC, suits small but steady earnings. Cloudbet’s carryover policy is the trade-off.

Checking a brand’s licence yourself

Before you write a single review, open the casino’s footer and find the licence. Each regulator verifies differently:

  • Malta Gaming Authority: search the licence number, such as MGA/B2C/1055/2024 for Elmst Limited, on the MGA’s licensee register.
  • Curacao Gaming Authority: look the licence up through cga.cw, for example OGL/2024/1451/0918 for Stake’s operator. The CGA reported unauthorised access to its portal in September 2026 and says existing licences remain valid.
  • Anjouan: click the seal on the casino site; a bare domain search on the regulator’s validator returns “invalid” even for licensed sites.
  • Tobique Gaming Commission: the same applies, so use the seal link, which for Foxy Gold showed licence 0000163 as valid on 7 October 2026.

Record the date and what you saw, ideally with a screenshot of the validation page. If a brand’s licence lapses or a regulator acts against its operator, you will want proof of what was true when you published.

Net revenue programmes versus casino-account referral schemes

The nine programmes split cleanly. Seven pay on what the casino keeps after costs, while Stake and BC.Game pay on what your players wager. The difference shows up in a single high-volume month.

Picture referred players wagering $25,000 on European roulette, where the house edge is about 2.7%. Stake’s formula gives 0.027 x 25,000 / 2 x 10%, which is $33.75. BC.Game’s gives 25,000 x 0.027 x 25%, or $168.75. A revenue-share programme pays only if the players actually lose: if they finish $675 down (the theoretical loss) and costs take $200, a 35% share returns about $166, but if one of them hits a lucky streak and the month ends at a net loss for the casino, the share pays nothing.

Wager-based schemes suit creators whose audience bets often in small amounts. Revenue share suits review sites whose readers deposit larger sums and stay for months. Many affiliates run one of each, using the wager-based scheme for social channels and revenue share for long-form review pages. Our explainer on affiliate commission models works through more scenarios, and the network versus in-house guide covers multi-brand platforms.

What changed from our earlier directory

This site’s previous programme list and head-to-head comparisons dated mostly from 2018 to 2020. Many of the casinos named in them have since closed, changed operator or left the crypto market, and the commission figures no longer matched anything a new affiliate could sign. Rather than keep dozens of stale profiles, we rebuilt the directory around programmes whose terms we could open and read in October 2026. Old programme and comparison pages now point here.

The old site also ran a sign-up reward that paid free satoshi to readers who completed tasks and ordered a crypto debit card. That scheme has ended. Nothing on this site asks for your wallet address, and joining any programme listed here happens on the programme’s own portal, never through us.

The old comparison format also ranked programmes on rate alone. We now weigh the deductions, the negative balance rule, the payout route and the licence behind each brand, because those decide what reaches your wallet.

Red flags when you vet a programme we have not listed

  • No terms page, or terms that never name the company you contract with.
  • Commission rates that appear only on third-party directories, never on the programme’s own site.
  • Casino brands with no licence number in the footer, or a seal that does not open a validation page.
  • A right to change rates or void commission “at sole discretion” with no notice period at all.
  • No stated payout day, threshold or method, or payment only into a casino account you cannot easily withdraw from.
  • A request to deposit your own money, buy a starter pack or recruit players before the account is activated.
  • Forum reports of unpaid balances that the programme has not answered publicly.
  • Brands that accept players from markets where their operator has already been banned, such as Sweden.

Anyone starting out should read our guide to becoming a crypto casino affiliate before applying, and our review method explains how we score each programme.

How this directory is kept current

Every programme on this page was last read at source on 7 October 2026. We recheck the ranked programmes at least monthly and whenever a regulator acts against a brand they promote. A programme moves down or out when it stops publishing terms, when its brands lose a licence, or when affiliates report unpaid balances we can confirm. Corrections can be sent through our contact page.

Questions about the programme directory

How many programmes does this directory cover?

Nine in October 2026: six ranked programmes with their own review pages (EPC Affiliates, Stake, BC.Game, 79 Affiliates, Shark Partners and Legend Affiliates) and three more that publish enough to compare (FortuneJack Partners, Cloudbet Affiliates and 7BitPartners). We add a programme only after reading its own terms or commission page.

Which programmes in the directory pay affiliates in Bitcoin?

FortuneJack Partners pays in BTC with a 0.005 BTC minimum, and Cloudbet pays affiliate commission in Bitcoin only. Stake and BC.Game credit your casino account, from which you can withdraw crypto. EPC Affiliates offers bank transfer or cryptocurrency, 79 Affiliates offers USDT on ERC20, and Legend Affiliates still lists bitcoin as coming.

How does Stake’s referral commission differ from BC.Game’s?

Both pay on wagering rather than player losses. Stake takes house edge times amount wagered, halves it, and applies your rate, which defaults to 10%. BC.Game multiplies referral wager by house edge by 25%, and adds a per-player reward of up to $1,000 that unlocks as the player reaches higher VIP levels.

Is Legend Affiliates still running in 2026?

Yes. Its site still shows the 25% to 45% commission tiers, a $200 payment threshold and a no negative carryover policy, and the casinos it promotes, such as CasinoMax and Slots Ninja, were live in October 2026 under Entertainment Software Group Ltd’s Anjouan licence. Parts of the programme site are dated, so confirm current terms with its managers before you build pages.

It is often not the casino brand. 79 Affiliates contracts through Etteluor Marketing Ltd in Gibraltar, EPC Affiliates’ terms name Simba N.V. in Curacao, and Shark Partners’ terms are governed by the law of Anjouan. Stake and BC.Game tie the referral scheme to your own player account.

Can I promote several programmes on the same website?

Usually yes. EPC Affiliates states its terms are non-exclusive and do not stop you working with third parties, and none of the other programmes reviewed here demands exclusivity in its public terms. Do check each programme’s restricted countries, because one geo-blocking setup rarely fits every brand.

Programme reviews

We also review single programmes in more depth, from their published terms: Cloudbet Affiliates, BetOnline via Commission Kings, Bovada affiliate program, Loki Casino via 1RED Partners, PlayOJO via EGamingOnline and Mr Bit via PlayAttack.
